Le mont Beuvray

The mount Beuvray, which culminates in 821 m, is part of the massif of Morvan. It  was sheltering in its summit the city-oppidum of Bibracte, economic, religious and political capital of Éduens, Gallic allied of Rome. Numerous body searches took place on this mount and it house since 1996 the museum of Celtic civilization.
